Could you add 'You eat the <fishname>. It heals some health" message to 'Filtered' in the Game tab from chat? It spam deletes any potential messages between players.

Tormented demon's their synapse and burning claw rates are really high as these are mid-tiers items, killing the tormented demons take a few minutes and it will take a while before acquiring these and this could discourage players from obtaining them. Suggestion: Lowering the rates to 1/150...
