Tormented demon's their synapse and burning claw rates are really high as these are mid-tiers items, killing the tormented demons take a few minutes and it will take a while before acquiring these and this could discourage players from obtaining them.
Suggestion: Lowering the rates to 1/150 or 1/120? Similar to zenyte rates even though tormented demons take longer to kill and you need 3 synapses and 2 burning claws.
