Hi guys. Thanks for putting on the Easter event, appreciate the time it took to implement it all.
The rewards are good & the wave-based event at ::easter is cool & interactive. I like the mini-quest, and the home looks really nice with all the decorations.
This is not a complaint at all by any means. It's just my opinion, when no-one asked for it :]
My comments/experience:
Here are some suggestions in relation to my points above, most not able to be added this time around, I appreciate that:
As is most often the problem with things designed for other people - it hasn't actually been tried out in the way the consumer will actually use/engage with/experience it, other than a quick functionality test. Maybe expand the beta testing team to any willing volunteers, so dev(s) can just dev, and testers can test?
Again, not a complaint, I appreciate that the event was made at all and the time that went into it. Just my grumpy Monday afternoon comments :]

My comments/experience:
- The token farming is not fun or interactive. The combat event is not a viable generator, as even if you kill all of the small bunnies in all the waves completely solo, you only get 200-300 tokens. It is also only once per hour. The best method is thieving stalls at home, aka, clicking on the same pixel every 4.2 seconds for 2 hours and 20 minutes (to afford 1 of everything in the shop).
- The Golden Chicken de-spawns after 5 or so minutes. I just wasted 30 minutes of my time, twice, doing all the waves on my own, and then the boss just de-spawned at 50% health and I got no rewards either time. It is impossible to do solo because of this timer, and still a close-call in a duo (impossible unless 1 of them is bandos/whip+).
- The Golden Tree gives you a reinforced egg and golden sap, when it should just give golden sap. This means the event can be completed by just clicking the golden tree and going to a furnace with two gold bars, and the flour/water are not used.
- The forum post says "Players brave enough to survive its deadly waves". You don't need to pray and take no damage at any point in the event.
- The forum post says "Players who prefer skilling can also collect Easter Tokens through a variety of skilling activities around the home area.". This is a bit disingenuous. You can either mine one type of rock or thieve a stall.
Here are some suggestions in relation to my points above, most not able to be added this time around, I appreciate that:
- Drop the Golden Chicken HP from 5000 to 1000, or make the de-spawn timer longer. Honestly, I'd just drop the HP. In an ideal world we'd have 100 players teleporting in to kill it, but alas, we have 1-2.
- Massively increase the token reward from the Golden Chicken, did I even get 50 for doing it???
- Increase the frequency of the wave event or allow it to be triggered by players. Maybe a lever or coffer, depositing coins (or tokens, although this is a bit counter-intuitive).
- ...or a global bunny death counter, 100 kills spawns the event, add some (evil) bunny spawns somewhere.
- Chance for evil event bunnies to drop a significantly higher amount of tokens (e.g. 50-100).
- Option to kill the evil event bunnies in a cave or somewhere outside of the event for tokens, because, if you want to PvM the event, you can only do this once an hour.
- Add the tokens to all PvM and skilling. Players want to progress their account, not waste 2.5 hours of their day off clicking a stall so they don't miss out on the rewards.
- Rare chance for the golden bunny to drop one of the big-ticket rewards from the shop.
- As above, add the drop tables for the event mobs to the drop viewer (does this not just happen automatically when a new NPC/table is added???).
- Add the mystery box to the drop viewer or at least put it in a post. Players want to know what they're spending an hour of their time working towards, especially if it's just a random box.
- There could be raking patches, trees, fishing spots, bonfires, cooking pots, as a 'variety' of skilling activities to get tokens, if not just more easily adding it as a chance per exp gain (all skills).
- Tiers of some of the skilling activities, like rocks requiring 30-99 mining, rewarding tokens respective to their requirements.
- I think it would be cool to have had some other nice-to-haves in the shop like slayer pick scrolls, herb boxes, gem bags, etc.
